Program Design
Structured AAI program integration at Michael Spayde's AAI Clinical Practice, veteran outreach strategy, Fox Grant-aligned program narrative, and MIIRP clinical deployment model.
Program Overview
This framework documents a proposed AAI program designed for integration into an MSW clinical placement, with a specific focus on veteran populations experiencing PTSD, moral injury, and TBI-related behavioral health needs. It represents a clinical development plan — built in advance of field placement — intended to guide the structured, supervised introduction of AAI into behavioral health practice beginning May 2026.
The program is structured in three phases: Phase 1 establishes clinical credibility and supervisor buy-in. Phase 2 introduces Benny into the clinical environment with structured protocols. Phase 3 deploys full AAI capability with grant-supported expansion.
The Fox Grant framework provides a pathway to sustainable funding, allowing the program to expand beyond the internship placement into a permanent clinical offering.
